How does switching from Zenchef/Formitable work?

You enter your login credentials, Robbie imports everything automatically: reservations, guests, tables, floor plan, shifts, reviews. Within 5 minutes you're running on Robbie.

Will I lose my reservations when switching?

No. All existing and future reservations are transferred 1-to-1. Your guests won't notice the switch.

Can I try Robbie alongside my current system first?

Yes. During the 2 free months you can test Robbie while your current system keeps running. You only switch when you're ready.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Cancel monthly, no notice period, no hidden costs.

How much does it cost?

€39.95 per location per month for the starter plan: reservations, booking widget, and guest profiles. Then add the modules that fit your business — scheduling, checklists, cash control, marketing, and more. No extra cost per user.

What's the difference between Robbie and Zenchef?

What about the waitlist?

Does Robbie work for multiple locations?

Yes. Each location gets its own environment, but your guests and settings are managed centrally.

What languages is Robbie available in?
